Kristi is a graduate of Collinson's Massage School, in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has attained the Mastery is three different traditions of Reiki, Usui, Karunatm , and Shibui Reiki.
I believe that the body can heal itself of most of the diseases out there. I provide a safe enviroment, coupled with safe, appropriate touch to assist the body in the healing process.
So many of us live with pain, stress and disease. Through the tools of my trade, my goal is to assist people to feel better.
I have been involved with the wellness movement since 1996. I have four beautiful children, who are the lights of my life. I am deeply interested in health and nutrition and spend much of my time trying different recipes to help my family grow into the healthy, happy, whole people I hold them to be in my heart.
